I like it a lot, but something was wrong with the packaging and his claws were bent and they won't go back now. And one of his wings is loose so I don't know if mine was defective or that's ow it always is, that'd be disappointing.

 X-Men Classics Air Strike Wolverine Action FigureJan 05, 2009
This Wolverine action figure is from the third series of the Toy-Biz produced action figure line, X-Men Classics. Sculpted to depict the Marvel Comics "House of M" comic book series rendering, Air Strike Wolverine is the third (and in my opinion, the best) Wolverine figure to come from the X men Classics action figure line.
STORY:
Before reviewing the figure I'll attempt to summerize on "House of M". It is a Marvel comic book series about an alternate universe on earth created by the Avenger Scarlet Witch after having a mental breakdown over the death of her teammates. All Marvel teams are now disassembled, and the fate of every Marvel character is changed without any individual remembering the world before In this "House of M" world, Magneto has won the war against humans, and mutants control the world. Some of Earth's strongest superheroes (such as the Hulk, the Human Torch and Iron Man) are now villains. As for Wolverine,he is no longer a member of the X-Men; but is rather the leader of the S.H.I.E.L.D.'s House of Magnus Red Guard.
SCULPT, PAINT, and ARTICULATION:
The overall sculpt of the figure is most intricate: from the detailing of his heavy, armored brown boots to the painstakingly perfected wrinkles of his eyebrow. The paint applications for the figure and accessories are precise, except for a minor black splotch on a claw of his left hand. Lacking a single "X" symbol anywhere on his body, Air Strike Wolverine is a unique departure from standard Wolverine action figure procedure. There's also a trigger finger and pegs sculpted onto each of his hands to hold his guns, but no holster for either weapon. I counted the figure's articulation points to be 36; but there may be even more than that. Standing straight, the figure's height rests at 6 and 1/2 inches tall. The claws are not removable nor are the hands detachable or interchangeable.
ACCESSORIES:
Wolverine comes equipped with a couple guns and a flight pack. Both firearms are handguns; one resembles a glock style handgun with a yellow painted and textured grip while the other has a longer barrel and a scope with the similar yellow textured grip. Both guns have holes in the grips to securely fit the weapons into Wolverine's hands. The hole in the grip of each gun is opposite to the other, which means he can hold both guns at the same time securely. The flight pack is sculpted well: with one turbine on each wing and four claws protruding from the top back rest of the flight pack. The wings fold down to form an upside down "V" shape, and with a press of the button on the bottom of the back rest, the wings pop up for the appearance of flight. Next to the wing-popping button, there is an identical button which when pressed, releases a single missile from behind the back rest. The straps that keep the figure secure are made of soft rubber,and need to be gently stretched to the clasp below the figure's torso.
